8 aspects of Morecambe Bay’s rich social & natural history inspired each of the designs of the 8 collectable embroidered patches.
Visitors to the festival could exchange their memories of Morecambe, written on the back of a bespoke designed postcard, for a patch, & make their own badges, using elements of the patch designs.
Morecambe Bay has several Sites of Special Scientific Interest &a rich history as a resort for northern workers before its decline in the late 20th century.
